Help me blast a throwaway site to page one....

Hello All,

I have setup an affiliate car hire site and I want to blast it onto page 1 within 2 months max . I don't care if it disappears a month later, it will have done it's job by then. The keywords I'm after are low exact searches ( below 2000) and the adwords cost is less than $2.
My site is around 9 months old and is well indexed. I have a reasonable budget to throw at this project.

What service do you recommend that will more or less guarantee my success with this ?

Ummm.... 1 million links, all different anchor texts, PR 2+ sites only. Try to balance out the links to different pages on the site as well. Good Luck!
