It seems to me medium competitive keyword .Need to depth analysis to give you proper answer .

I'm guessing your keyword is "grow leds" or something similar?

I'm not familiar with the tool you're using, but are those site's really ranking in the SERPs for the keyword you chose? I'm only asking because the root domain of that plantozoid site appears on the same page twice.

the keyword tool used here is Kwfinder.com.

yeah, something like that. I dont know why it appeared twice. This is a bit hard keyword for newbies.

Kwfinder, free for 5 searchs a day.
To me, it is a competitive one too, I do some research about the root keyword.
