You mean without even submitting ? I don't think there will be one but maybe you could get one coded? So would need real time checking and then as soon as valid email is detected, run php mailer script or something right?

like david said you want a realtime one ? (this doesnt make sense to me) or a normal submit and send a confirmation mail?

Suppose,You Entered my website and then You got a Box to submit your email here.If You Give your email here then You will receive a Mail (That can be fixed by me) from me automatically
Visitor ► Email Submit ► They will get confirmation mail from website automatically (P.S. Email can be modified)
