Hello Guys,
I need your help...
I found a new method to promote via social sites and I want to try it on CPA offers but I don't have an account on any network. I tried once but got rejected.
So you have to help me to get into Good CPA network and I will be your referral.

Have you tried chitka? Then there is niche ad networks like adamigo. Why dont you try googling "Ad Networks"

Without a website it is very hard to apply. Set up a site, make it look high quality with some nice content in it and try applying again.

I suggest Maxbounty and Peerfly, they are well known and definitely "noob" friendly, it is quite easy to join.

a few months ago cpaway was super easy to get into, not sure if it still is though..
but they are also quite reputable
because of a lot the cpa networks that are easy to get into have only spammy offers
