Sorrry You are going to have to be much more clear, I am amusing you mean that your youtube video has a song on it and they told you that the song is copy written content, but your song is one of your songs and is not copy written, is this correct?

What is the error? Try editing the video further and changing/removing the 'thing' which causes the error.

Edit it with Audacity. Also if the song is copyright content will make magic.
But it won't work if video is copyright content!

I would have posted the link but the forums won't let me post it. So here:

    • 1
      Go to Youtube

    • 2
Sign in to your account. If you don't have one, you need to create an account.
    • 3
Click on your account name (in the top-right), then click on "My Videos".
    • 4
Find the blocked video. You will see "Video", "Subscribe" and "text" (video blocked in some countries, all countries or removed for a copyright claim).
    • 5
Click the "View copyright info" button below the video's thumbnail.
    • 6
Click "I want to learn more about the disputing process".
    • 7
Click "Take me to the form".
    • 8
Now check "2) This video uses copyright material...".
    • 9
In the box labeled "Please Explain Briefly", explain why you believe your video qualifies for "Fair Use".
      • Do NOT use the text "Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for fair use for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use." in the box, as that doesn't explain why your video qualifies as fair use.
    • 10
Go to the signature section and enter your real name.
    • 11
On Statement of Good Faith copy down the text.
    • 12
Click Continue, press Submit Dispute and click OK.
