they send me bill that i don't pay with extra 18 every month and i want to ask you if they will contract any agency to force me to pay are they gonna find me or not ? what can i do i need to pay or what ? sry for my bad english p.s i put my name and put another bank account

Another bank account? - If you are saying that you put a bank account that does not belong to you that can be considered fraud which is jail/prison time depending on local/state laws. If your name is tied to it then yes there is a chance? Why do you not want to pay your bill? It seems like you want to get free services and not pay for em
 
nope they blocked my contract and i can't cancel anymore
 
my wife bank and yes i want to pay but only that i need to pay not +18 every month
 
No don't worry about it. Your services will just be canceled that's all.
 
well if they contact you you can tell them the contract is blocked and you're unable to cancel it, you should be able to find a probono lawyer to help you with it if theres trouble

Had a similar issue once. I called them and they fixed everything. Turned out they weren't charging my credit card...
 
Just cancel the hosting with them. It should be no problem. If they bill you again, just contact your bank and block the transaction
