They won't approve you w/o a phone call ... Just call them and tell them how will you promote their offers..

i got banned from MB about two years ago - how do i get an account with them again? Or is it pointless to re-apply?

Here is what to do, I got in the Maxbounty and it was easy,
Apply again
On the form these are the answers
the email must be [email protected]
traffic
1k-2k per month on a startup site
advertizing
ppc and search (no comments about social youtube blah blah blah you need to be succinct)
Example website
have a working blog adsence on it or if you are part of another network with their ads on it
Verticals
You are able to convert one field sign ups i.e. freebies, email submits and zip submits
Experience
6months - 1.5 years minimum
Thats what I got.
On the interview only answer the question asked and be confident like you are an expert at this thing.
