Help mate!!!! I have fall into paypal trouble

HELLo frends pleas consider my need i am in a country which do not support paypal i opened my paypal with usa vpn, now i have up to 500 dollar inside, i am unable to send or withdraw the money, paypal needs a cal from me. pleas i need who can help me with a google voice number so i sort this out or who can help me make a google voice number pleas urgent thanks
