Do you mean deleting other people's comments and videos on a channel that is not yours? If it is, the only way is to report it continuously. You can ask many people to report at the same time with the same content or message directly with tiktok support
Yep that’s exactly what I mean. I feel there must be a way to do it. I report non stop using different accounts and vpn and nothing works and the comments I’m reporting are 100% bullying and nothing works.

Yeah you just need to mass report it so tiktok notices something needs their attention

I think you should provide specific evidence so that TikTok can take down those videos. Chat with the support team and provide evidence images with links for them to get involved.

You can try to hire some microworkers to mass report a video or hire a freelancer to do that in your behalf
