Help making money with my videos

I Have 2 youtube accounts with a good strategy on getting views.
Most are music videos with 20k+ views. One has 81k views in a month. I set up a site with an iframed email submit, and in the description I give the site as the MP3 Download link. Problem is hardly anyone is submitting their email.
My fake download site gets about 100+ uvs a day wich means that is 100 people trying to download the mp3, but only getting about 3 leads a day.

Any ideas?

Yeah im doing something similar with youtube but not music videos. Mine has quite alot of videos but they arent popular due to the niche LOL. I think annotations help!

I just replaced the email with a zip submit that pays 1.75. Made 9 bucks in 2 hours so far.
