Help making hotmail accounts needed

I'm having trouble making hotmail accounts, from any IP address/proxy. Hotmail asks for a phone number and text verification before letting me create accounts. I've used my own number too many times and it will no longer allow it. Hotmail does NOT allow google voice, text plus, and similar apps with virtual numbers.

Does anyone have a bypass method for hotmail phone text verification, or know of a working phone number service to use with it?

Maybe its just easy to buy 100 emails for 10$
