I'm looking for a tool that allows me to see the number of different domains linking to specific subpage of a site.Any suggestions?

You can use online tool such as backlinkwatch.com or Market Samurai shared here (both gather their data from Yahoo Site Explorer, which limits to 1000 backlink urls).

If you just want to check the number of backlinks then the above suggestion will work fine. But if you just want the unique domains linking to the page, the results returned by backlinkwatch and market samurai will be duplicated as different pages within the same domain may link to your target page.

I'm familiar with both market samurai and backlinkwatch.com but as you can probably see they don't have the function that I'm looking for...

G Webmaster Tools, Webstats from your CPanel, if you are using WP, you can install MyStat plugin where you can see more detail statistics.

Q: domains linking to specific subpage of a site.
A:In MS, you can add the "specific page URL" in SEO competion. That will show all the backlinks to that specific page..

But if you are asking domain names( I guess, a.com, b.gov, c.info etc ) to specific page, umm, I wonder, !!

Nevermind I found what I was looking for.In case someone else needs a similar tool check:

seomoz.org/linkscape/

and

majesticseo.com
