[HELP] Looking for a such software/scripts

Hi,

looking at the screenshot from getiton.com.
does anybody know, what kind of script/software they're using.

basically with search capable with result showing as map with pointers.
and each pointer has girls picture on it.

I want to know, if there are such script which I can implement as local business directory.

Looks like a Google map with your own markers slapped on top.

Not that hard to create something like it - take a look at the Google Map API pages, most of the code is on there.
