[HELP] Linux Distribution For Apache test server

Hi i wanna make a test server on a virtual machine, i'not really good at this so let me ask you what would be the best choice in terms of linux distributions (for noobs) apache servers (modules and so on) and something similar to cPanel for easy management

can't go wrong with Ubuntu or Fedora... both are point and click installs and can be turned into LAMP boxes quickly.
