Help! Limited serving advertising policy, unclear brand relationship policy. My ads are not showing for some keywords.

What kind of keywords are you using?

Also, is cloaking in place?

I'm not using obfuscation; I'm using general keywords. We offer heating system repair and maintenance services.

I think, your ads might not be showing because some keywords hit policy limits or the brand relationship rules aren’t clear enough.

This is common with Google ads
Infact ,you have your account under watch already
And you maybe getting occasional account reviews which prevents your ads from showing on search results for upto 24 hours

Sometimes, Google is a bit picky with keywords so you want to use cloaking anyway.

Limited presentation usually means your target geo has specific legal restrictions for your niche (common with gambling or finance). Check the Policy Manager to see which specific countries/states are flagging it

There are no warnings in the policy manager.

Your ads aren’t showing because Google is limiting serving on certain keywords and detecting unclear brand relationships, even if there are no warnings in the policy manager. To fix it, adjust your keywords, make sure your brand mentions are clear and legitimate, and run test ads to confirm which combinations actually serve.

Limited serving with unclear brand relationship
usually happens when the advertiser’s connection
to the brand isn’t clearly demonstrated.

Check:
Landing page brand disclosures
About / contact consistency
Whether keywords imply official affiliation

Sometimes ads still run on generic keywords
but not brand-sensitive ones.

Check your landing and ad copy, make sure it clearly shows your brand and product, Google flags anything vague or misleading.
