[HELP] Law problems?

Hi ppl,

About one year ago, i sell here in my country the adsensepayback method for $500 each. I setup a good website to them and they start making money... The problem was that, they were kids and have done some stupid things and got banned (things that i told to not do it). Now one of them is clamming me to refund him (after one year, and after make the mistakes). If that doesnt happend, he talked to his lawyer and he told him that they will win the action against me beause was fraud...

Its this possible?

So you sold them information and they took the action right? Then no.
Make them understand, that if there is a fraud its them that they actually did it.

Just refund them and work on something that is not as stupid.

Yes, but i think he will claim that the method doesnt work and its fraud. Is this possible?

I mean... Here he are normally related to some ebooks that promisse everything and some of them doesnt help us bring money even the owner garantees us... right? But this is here, on the internet. If someone in your country buy the method and after one year claim that was fraud, its possible win?
