keywordkeyword.org OR keyword-keyword.com
What should I go for and a specific reason.

i think like this better
ex :
buylaptop.com <- not available on all main ext
alternate :
BuyLaptopINFO.com
BuyLaptopGuides.com
and more

because main keyword still on domain
i think that better than if you use hypens (-)

I don't have a source but I believe that keywordkeyword is better then using dashes. If you use something like Domain Samurai then the domains they recommend are bunched together instead of using dashes.

It's easier to say "keyword keyword dot org" rather than "keyword hyphen keyword dot com" so it would be easier to remember the ORG domain which may increase recurring visitors and looks more professional than a hyphenated domain.
