Hi everyone,
Earlier today, i subscribed for premium member instead of Jr Vip.

Anyone experienced this issue before?
I've contacted the support but i don't know how long it will take to switch it.

Yep, until they confirmed about transaction done successfully or not. If not they will tell you with detailed information.
Don't worry it will take time.
