if he says he already shipped to you, ask for the tracking number. Or any proof, shipping receipts.. etc.. If he can't provide any, ho lee fuk, sum ting wong!

order-> sent product to logistic company -> they send to DHL -> your local post office ->your home
time: [several days, maybe 2-3 day]
i am also a saller in China, i know the whole shipping process, DHL time is 3-5 day, most time is spent on logistic company
Just wait, you will get it, if after 5-7 day, you still not receive it, please contact your saller

Sometimes suppliers will give you a tracking number that doesn't actually become valid until 2-3 days later; it's usually because they've printed the shipping label but the package hasn't actually left the warehouse.

and by the way,according to aliexpress rule,seller should send the package out after 24 hours of payment.if before 24 hours,any responsible,the seller resonsible,because sometimes,card have problem can not pass order,and will b cancel.

Sometimes its better to make sample order first to make sure you're dealing with someone legit.
I buy alot from Alibaba, sometimes, I don't even buy samples, I check their history and read their feedbacks. You can easily tell when these people are scammers. Things to notice: The seller sells a variety of products (TIP: If you are buying say iPhone cases, look at the seller other products and notice their products are 80% cases) Some scammers, in search of getting as many hits, start adveristing a lot of different items to sell. From Clothes, to Phones, to tablets, to house items, just all over the place. Some, however, are not scammers are just are trading companies, the scammers are the ones who usually are selling the product 10% or more cheaper than the competitors. Another thing to notice is how they talk, from experience, scammers will try to close the deal ASAP. And go out their ways to "offer" you the best deal. Don't jump because the deal is too good true. Chance are it is too good. Some sellers are INEXPERIENCE are not scammers, just people who don't yet understand the selling process.

another tip I recommend is to NEVER buy with out PayPal when dealing with a company. IMO Business Partner relationships is like dating. You're trying to get to know them. Once after a few months you give their trust, then start using other payments. I bought iPhone cases and I got sent the wrong cases. I told them that and they offered me half of. Great service. If you had tried to do the same with American sellers, they would probably say something how the pictures of cases I sent them to show them their problem are not theirs and I am lying.
Asian ethics and American ethics are a lot different. They believe in karma big time. While karma is some reddit thing, Karma for them, is a way of life.

As real, they need to send you goods to HongKong for ship, so two days is normal.
