Yeah @498110811 is right, ioncube 14 with a license lock is a massive pain to deal with. The automated decrypters you find online won't touch v14 yet, especially with the licensing functions enabled. Honestly unless you want to pay some guy on telegram a couple hundred bucks to manually dump it from memory while it runs, you are probably out of luck. Might be faster to just search for a nulled version of the script elsewhere...

@joaosantana has a point, you usually need the whole setup to even try. if the license check is tied to a specific domain or database structure in another file, dumping just that one file wont do much. @banka is this a custom script or some public plugin? if its public someone probably already nulled it, might save you the headache of trying to decrypt v14.

Best move is first identify what script/plugin it belongs to, not chase random “ioncube decoder” sites... most of those just eat your file or send back junk. For v14 with license lock, one standalone PHP file usually means nothing unless the loader can actually execute it with the right env. If it’s public, post the name/version and maybe someone has seen that build before.
