Help into my business

I'm want to sell services with call center and more salespeople , but I'm trouble part of the service because i'm don't know SEO point of view what are worth it and would be effective to the future. So far I'm thinking to the customers provide a webpage and simple link building publish more webpages... what else could?

I would like to more be satisfied to the customers!

call center and bad English - Well there are lots when it comes to ranking, better read Onpage and OffPage SEO techniques online (Google).

Well, first thing you need to do is hire someone who is good at SEO. Do some reading before you hire them, too. Next, hire your team of callers and make sure they are all native English speakers if that is your market. Odd that you want to sell SEO but know nothing about it. I suggest you start reading around on Black Hat World and trying methods out.
