Instragram interests me a lot, I will start my business, create accounts, have a community, a good engagement rate... etc

But I'd like to know if instagram is still interesting to make money or is it blocked? And if I have an advantage to do it in France since I am French.

You can make money from almost everything, so yes, instagram is definitely ok. You may have some some advantages if you live in a small town (you can target people that lives there without worrying too much about competition)

France is a huge country with a lot of potential accounts you can target and follow. If you are able to find a niche that is hot and you can create/find great content, you can really make money from Instagram!
