Help. Instagram New Rate Limit? Bypassing Public API, But Still Getting Rated

does anyone know about instagram's new rate limit? im having trouble with liking photos and getting rated left and right for my single account.

in the past you could bypass the public api and be able to get away with thousands of likes per hour,
but now even when managing to bypass the public api, my likes are getting rated at random .

first it got rated at 49 likes
then it got rated at 10 likes
then it got rated at 11
then 7
then 27
then 25
then 38

basically it got to about 167 likes in 14 minutes which is HORRIBLE.

anyone know of a way around this? please help thanks.
