HELP instagram email confirmation issue

I often have an account for me to confirm my email address in a month. However, it cannot be confirmed. This problem occurs in about twenty accounts. I tried all the methods I could think of and I couldn't solve it. Has anyone also experienced this problem? How can it be solved?
