Help! Inner page URL

Hello Guys,
Myself beginner seo from india. I have join a company last week and they are creating a website to target Australia audience. Domain which they purchased is xyz.com.au. They are in IT service field. So my question is that what should be the URL for the inner service pages?


1. xyz.com.au/services/servicename-australia
2. xyz.com.au/services/service name


Adding country in URL is important or not.

xyz.com.au/services/service name

There's no need to add country in URL since the domain name is already .com.au
