Search in google about pinging sites.

Add this URL to the site/page that receives regular traffic with any anchor or raw URL. It will be crawled. Try this method & notice the result

But the best thing is to have your own site meant for this, reroll a free content, drop you link there and index that content.
This is good for just a few links. If you are planning to index, hundreds, better pay for it in an index services. There are some users that offer this service in this forum.

*Use fetch as google
*Share in social media
*Share your url in high traffic websites.
