[HELP] Improve Adsense CTR/RPM

I've just launched a viral quiz website like http://nametests.com. It's my first time working with Adsense and I have a lot of doubts.

I'm using the following ads structure, which is the same that uses http://nametests.com

I banned the low cpc adsense advertisers and my CPC improved a bit but I need to improve my CTR & RPM.

Most of the traffic is mobile. I just saw that Google offers special ads (Page-level Ads) optimized for mobile, are they recommended?

yes you can. i am using the same page level ads too.

what ctr do you have right now?
be careful, that high CTR's, even if they 100% legit will be suspicious for AdSense
to raise your profits i suggest to add more ad networks to your site, this will help you monetize same user with few networks at the same time
