He's just bullshitting and I can say for sure, he doesn't know a damn fuckin' thing about search engines.

you should post everything you have on him, I know for sure bigbuddy can handle this if it escalates

well. you have to keep the records of your conversation and sort it what is done wisely.

well all problems can be sorted out if you both talk bit normal mode.

Ok 1st of all

irishmike contacted me to do mailing to @CL addresses

ok then i told him my charges for mailing 10k emails to @CL addresses

we decided 14k for 7 days

now i have completed his 2k list day 1 and then he again said it with no traffic



(in this all should know i provide mailing service that means i will show your offer to other

people n i cant grantuee the end user will agree and signup your site or evan come to your

site........this is very simple..........if i can make them or force them for signing up any site

i will never provide my mailing service to others ..... i have CPA accounts and i will mail for my

own accounts..... i hope this is understandable)

so i did next 2k again for him n after that saturday n sunday i was out of city

i came back on monday tallked to him he started yelling that he is not getting signups

i told him i cant force anybody to signup your site or evan cant force anybody to visit your

website........i m mailing service provider and i will do all 14k emails thats it

he started yelling he wil report this to PP

what is that i mean you order 14k emails sent @ the price of 10k emails sent you got discount too

and then in middle of project you want full refund -- who is threating here

and i have also showed him tracks of people opening the emails before sent him 4 txt files with

tracks ..........as i use a image from my server into emails content and anybody opens a email...

i can see them in my server tracks

WHY THE HELL DID YOU YOU THREATEN/BLACKMAIL THAT GUY?

What are you? Superman? Do you own CL and Google and Yahoo?

This is what I just sent BB:


He posted on BHW that he could inbox at CL.
I reached out to him and we connected on skype.
Bottom line, we agreed to a trial of 14K emails over a 7 day period for $125.
He also asked to be paid the PP fee of $8 - no prob - paid him $133.
I scraped almost 2k emails first day and sent the file to him.

He said "starting to work now" and we left it at that.

I noticed no traffic whatsoever on my site so tried to reach out but he was offline all the time.

We eventually reconnected a couple of days later when he responded to either skype messages or email.
Anyway he tried again to inbox but there was no visible traffic coming from his mailings.

When I brought this up he went initially on the defensive and said he never promised to get people to sign-up/my offer was not attractive/etc etc and thats right he never did promise that - those were not my expectations. My only expectation was an increase in traffic.Period. No more no less. Its up to me to convert at that point.

He explained his mailing method to me and quite honestly he's doing it manually with no variations so of course he's not going to pass the CL filters At that point I knew it was all a waste of time and money.

When I called him out on that and suggested a refund - he lost his mind and things went rapidly downhill.
He did show me server stats where some 20 people opened the link he was mailing - it would suggest that maybe a few hundred mails got through. However, he was rarely online so who knows what was mailed. He agreed to mailed 14K - he says he mailed 4.75 K (some were resends - who knows)

I then put in a comment on 2 threads telling people to pm me before they "give him a dime". He saw that and went nuts. After the first threat this morning i went back in and edited both posts.

Stop posting your 2 cents if you have nothing to do with this. It doesn't help the mods.

@ Yoloyd - what do you have to say about all the threats you made?

To be honest, I don't really understand your explanation of what happened, all I can take from it is that you are extremely unprofessional. You openly admit to "who cares if he doesnt got any traffic from mailing" [not caring] about your client. I get that you don't guarantee it, but surely it's in your best interests for your client to get SOME traffic from the mailings?

If you don't think his mailing is going to be effective, you don't take his money. You don't take it knowing full well that it won't work. That's greedy and unprofessional.

well did you see

i was trying all good service mailing service for him and then he forgot he ordered 10k emails not signups to his website and or traffic to his website

and then at the end you can see skype chat above mentioned

he blocked me

and started posting bad about me inhere on everythread i answer

BHW is great site and i always thank BHW

but even if u r in ma shoe you will not tolerate anybody defaming your business here without any reason

this is how we loose business and yes i sell 500k dating list @ $500 to 1 customer

Reading both sides of the story I think this could have been handled well enough. As a buyer there are certain risks we take. If only things were as simple as ordering an email blast and hoping to see results and make a quick buck. That's what IM is NOT about.

The buyer got pissed off and managed to tick off the seller as well and of course, what do you get.. yet another shitlist thread that just brings a bad taste to everyone.

Maybe its time some new rules or checklist is made sticky where the buyer and seller can exactly specify their expectations instead of randomly investing money only to see poor results and start blaming one another.

for me it looks like you are unable to inbox @cl mails.First emails are going through the filters before you are getting blocked.And these emails got the few clicks.
If an email blast doesnt convert its not your fault but reading the way you sent the emails out its impossible to inbox a higher number than 100 emails before you get blocked which makes your service useless

Let the Mods sort this, it has gotten out of hand already, we all say things we regret but maybe better if the mods get the order of things and sorted it out.

As meathead123 said we should not be doing any of this and we should always care about our customers and BHW friends this site is about helping not flaming

Bigbuddy seems to have a handle on this let him sort it.

Members are starting to miss the point here - forget about the fact that he can't get the job done...that's the risk i took.

BTW I didnt post anything explicitly negative about him - I advised viewers to pm me before hiring him..those posts were edited within hours when he went beserk.

@yoloyd, I read all your mail conversations and the way you handled this could not be tolerated. Really I doubt, how can you be a mailer, when you have no idea, how search engines, CL work against spammers.

@OP - yoloyd already mentioned, he cant guarantee for signups. you agreed and he started blasting. Now yelling on him for non conversion is not fair.

Fine, I don't bother whether yoloyd mailed 14k blast or OP got converted ,as this shitlist is about Threatening fellow BHW Member.
