I was messing around with a live usb boot of kali linux just playing around with seeing if I was able to use my neighbours wifi. This was just all for fun and out of curiosity and I didn't have any intentions of actually using it if I managed to do it, which I couldn't.
I got bored and booted back into my usual ubuntu OS. I see that my wifi is disconnected so I go to the list and out of all of the wifis that are available, ONLY my wifi is greyed out. I checked my phone and it worked, my brothers laptop also works. It's just my laptop that has my usual router greyed out. Every other surrounding wifi is able to be connected. I'm worried I might have been blocked by someone or something. I'm currently connected to my extendable wifi router which is strange if I actually was banned upstream. I don't know what's going on here.
