Ebay but you must have an item to sell
Cpa but you need an account and website and it takes some time to do it right
Skills now this one can help you the fastest but we as a group have no idea what they are
So please come up with a better way of presenting yourself

Then learn to SE I make $1k a week doing that (obviously more in-depth and other stuff)
 
Find local requirements, buy services from BST section and sell them locally for a profit margin. At $20 per piece profit you need only 7 jobs. At $43 a piece, you need only 3 local jobs, at $65, only 2 -- and at $130, only ONE!! ... but you will need to work a bit for that!

Some BST services you can sell locally are:
web design
web sites
e-com sites
landing pages
articles, content
Affiliate sites (Amazon, etc)
Web hosting
logo and graphics
SEO
SEM
Social Media --- likes, traffic, etc.
Mobile sites
Mobile apps
Keywords
Bots
Custom software creation
PHP, Java, JS, etc programming language solutions
DB solutions
Virtual Assistance
etc...

And with Fiverr, the jobs you can "do" for the locals are infinite, and the sky is the limit for you as far as services you can offer and convert, name and fame earned, profits you can earn, and local businesses you can help grow are concerned! :)

OK how can i spend 10 and make 100 a week if you can do this then you need to take my ten and show me the 100

If I needed $130 in a week, the only way I could think of with a good success rate is selling an item on eBay and end the listing in 3 or 5 days.

You can either do auction or set a "buy it now" price. Buy it now price can be very effective if you're selling your item for a bargain price - most people on eBay are looking for a bargain.

Ideas: Sell used clothes, shoes, tech, books, pokemon cards. You may have something lying around that's worth a good amount of money, like a rare pokemon card haha
 
Best way to make that is to use your mouth.

Alternatively you could get a job.
 
Find local job part timer than can pay you daily, probably cafe,restaurant,pub, etc.

If you looking fast way from here, i don't think so, minimum 2 weeks you can achieved that $100++, plus you need wait for the invoice, so probably total 3-4 weeks to get that cash on your hand.
 
Go on fiverr and see what you can offer (Services that you specialize in, etc) to make some money.
 
Alright!
Do the following!

1] Buy a domain and a website
2] create a landing page to collect emails
3] create a email series in auto-responder and link the same with your landing page
4] Proof read your emails to make sure that they will convert wel
5] Now drive traffic to your landing page and collect emails

The good and cheap source to drive traffic is YouTube!

If you don't have that much money or skills; promote affiliate offer directly on YouTube description!
