Help I got 240k views but only earned $3??

How do I fix this?

all my videos is monetized, but my earning is very low.
 
Advertise on BHW
Go to Ad rate or ad performance and see how many views are monitized. look for CPM also.
 
You views aren't legal according to google eyes. And for this you earning is too low.

what does it mean?
 
If I had 240k on a video... Holy moly.. I would have made at least $144,000 with a 20% conversion rate at approx. $3 a lead (affiliate links)
 
I got once, on a fresh account, 1,5million views, and on another account 260k views withing a week. However I'm not able to monetize them... Else i would face serious problems :p
