Hi, I just received my very first payment as IM from fiverr, but I can not withdraw the money to my local bank account, my paypal has been verified and the money is in available balance, I don't see where the problem is, why they're not allow me to withdraw the money to my local bank. they said "Something went wrong! We are currently unable to transfer funds to your bank." do you know how to handle this? what should I do? any reply would be appreciated. Thanks

Do they have an office in your country? Can u call them?

Is the account fully verified? Probably there's still something you need to do before you can use the withdrawal feature. Or it can be that the account is too new and the too fast withdrawal attempt triggered the message.

You can download and install the mobile app too, see if that works or not.

Anyhow, you can contact them or wait a day or two and try again.

my paypal account shows "verified" is that mean the account has fully verified? my paypal is 3 years old. I will install it on my phone. Thank you.

Call them! If this is the first time you try to wire money, then call them or open a support ticket and they will finally allow you to withdraw.

@ciupanezul11 just to let you know your banner is not showing, check it and fix it ;)

OP, you have trigged the PayPal security system.

Just wait 24 hours, try it again and you'll be able, trust me.

Hey I really hope your opinion is work, thank you

You can just verify your PP as business. It can help I think.

It s a well known "bug" or whatever it is on the PayPal side.
If you call them or mail, they'll tell you the same thing:
"Your PayPal is ok, there are problems on our side, try again in 24 hours".
This "24 hours" might get to 48 sometimes even 72 hours, but don't worry, you'll get your money in a few days.

Do us a favor and come back once you receive it so when someone who has the same problem come here looking for help read all this, so they can see it in the future ;)

PayPal is fighting big time with scammers as usual and because there are billions of accounts they are not able to check every account, they have like every other big company their own software that is checking and "locking" all new accounts.

I have created at least 50 new accounts on PayPal in some time and in almost 90% first-time transfer funds were blocked/locked.
This is happening all the time, especially with newly created accounts.
It's a safety measure for PayPal and "wtf is going on" for us lol

This is why people "hate" as they call them GayPal :D because of all these safety things.
Scammers are all over the place, I understand we don't have a patient and we want our money instantly, especially when it's our first-ever money made.

I remember getting my first ever money 10+ years ago from AlertPay, ex Payza (closed now), I was waiting 42 days for a transaction that should have been finished and done in 5 working days.

It is what it is, but once all this is done and gone, OP you won't have problems with "waiting" anymore in the future with PayPal.

All the best ;)

you right, I have sent my issue throught their twitter account, and they said I should wait for 48 hours, I hope everything would be fine. I should put my patient on paypal, once they keep on hold my money from payhip and then the money return to payhip automatically without any notify, it's very strenght.

anyway thank you for sharing, much appreciated

Yup, Paypal always has issues internally. They seem to come up more often with "newer" accounts, so just be patient. I've come to understand that Paypal can be annoying but it'll become your best friend after time.

Try to contact their support center, this can help.
