Help! I cannot set up You Like Hits.

Hi, im sorry to be a pain but i cannot set up youlikehits its all gone through reg process, but when i added my fb page, it said "continue setup" and then it says add like buutton to fb page.
DownLoad HTML so when i clicked that, it dowloaded and when opened it says "Page cannot be found".

Why is this, i just want to get some likes, is there a simpler way, or can someone help me out here?

Also if i DID have the html where and how would i add that to my fb page.
