I am looking for a program that can execute HTTP POST requests with a given proxy list, it's a simple process, please point me in the right direction

this is too vague for anyone to answer probably. what types of tasks? you might be looking for a bot program.

HTTP POST is wide, different website accept different POST string, and it may have captcha or question, and you need to describe more what you want to POST and what website it is.

If it is a forum you can try already made forum poster bot
