Help ! How to trend on Twitter?

So here I am with another question. Really curious how I can make for example my name to TREND. I guess that these trends are different for example in EUROPE trends something and US trends something else.

I have accounts on [addmefast, YLH and several more] and thought about getting like 200 retweets and around 150+ favorites and of course like 100 people tweet my name. Would that help me get my name trending?

Example " Hey guys help me trend MY NAME, retweet/favorite/tweet MY NAME, thanks ! "


Why I wanna trend? Because I have a comedy show on YouTube I sell my music on Amazon, iTunes etc and did not got verified. The thing is they have to see me some way or another. Maybe I won`t get verified if I trend for a couple of days or maybe I will who knows I just wanna try. So yeah any help would be appreciated.

Honestly it would be hard for your name to trend if you're not a celebrity. I'm sure there's ways to buy a tonne of fake accounts and load them up in a 'Auto tweeter' bot and they'll spam away a certain message or hashtag. But of course the problem with this is - When people click on your trend, they'll see all the fake accounts spamming similar messages. All I can recommend is work your butt off gaining some nice genuine fans and followers and see how it goes from there!

You might also want to consider paying someone to get your name trending. For what purpose do you want to trend? If it's something not really grey/black you could probably pitch it in a way that isn't going to turn someone off.

No grey/black hat. Just wanna get exposure so Twitter sees me and verifies me. I have an official dot com website linked my account to my 2500 facebook fan base linked it to my 400K youtube channel I sell my music on itunes, amazon. it`s just that i`m not popular enough and all I need is exposure for a couple of day [5 to 8 days]

Let's break this down:

What specifically would trending on twitter accomplish for your business? I'm not fully understanding why a couple days of exposure would solve all your problems.

If twitter isn't the exclusive answer to your exposure issue, let's take it from there. If trending on twitter is the only way, I have some more comments. Just let me know what direction to proceed in.

Business? I`m not into money I got parents to take care of that I only desire to get verified on Twitter and some exposure, okay maybe more exposure but the point here is getting verified.

There are a couple of things you have to keep in mind to do this. One of the most important one is the way you structure a tweet, this one might seem a bit obvious but 95% of the people don't think about how they are going to structure their Tweet before tweeting and don't take the time for doing it. Here are a couple of things you got to keep in mind:

1. You want to place the link at the beginning of a tweet, not in the middle and if possible to avoid don't post it at the back. (For higher CTR)
2. You have to try to get people to click the link in just 140 characters, you have to give them the feeling that when they click the link they will find exactly what they were expecting. (If you can get this done, people will trust you and will follow you)
3. Write tweets like headlines of articles, not a story
4. Name at least 1 person every tweet (makes it look more legit)
5. Don't use more then 1 #hastag!! and try to "blend it in" the text (just like it #wouldbe a normal word )
6. Use words that are retweetable like: How to, top 10, check out, find, you etc.
7. Time your tweet, this one is very important since it will determine what people you're tweet will be targeted at. Make sure to take a look around and see when its the best time for you to tweet (for example: Adult content at night, Cat pictures when high school kids get out of school etc. you can figure out the times your self)
8. ALWAYS use Link shortener. Read number 2 again.

these things will help you improve you're overall tweet quality, once this is done and you have a lot of followers (like you said, using Addmefast is a good idea) try to interact with them, they will retweet your tweets in no-time and you will start to build up your social awareness eventually leading to what you were looking for: "treding on twitter"

Why don't you research how/who can get you verified? Then you can ask them what the requirements are for getting verified, and then you can structure what you need to do around hitting those requirements instead of guessing that being trending will do the trick.

I did it. you don`t seem to understand everything I COULD DO was to create an official website and I made a .com one so it looks as official as possible then linked my twitter to my website and my website to my twitter THEN linked it to all of my other accounts [YOUTUBE,FACEBOOK,MYSPACE] then started selling my music on iTunes and Amazon.

Still the problem here is that Twitter NEEDS TO SEE ME and the only way to do that is to trend OR get a lot of retweets and tweets and favs and so on everyday for a couple of weeks or so then Twitter might see me. There is nothing else I could do trust me I did my research on how to get verified.
