Hi, guys!
I'm working 5x8 from monday to friday. After work I have to go to training, do some cleaning, cook food and etc... So usually I'm pretty tired and have about 3 hours. So, instead of doing something useful I spend time watching yt, 9gag and etc...

How to stop wasting my time and get my ass to work?:(

Sign a contract with yourself and make sure that you're including :

- Why you want to do IM
- How many hours.

Sign + stick it.

I think it's sometimes helpfull to embrace your own brand of laziness..

If you need a break, take a break..

If you need a nap, take a nap..

If you want to write articles, go ahead and write articles..

All in all, make sure you have fun doing it.. Motivation can only go so far..

Get rid of the T.V. seriously.

I don't own one anymore as it could suck hours out of my day and I didn't even realize it.

I now have netflix so when I want to watch something I just jump online.

But because I'm at my computer it helps me to keep working at the same time.

There are so many little things you can do here and there but YOU need to take action and decide that YOU want to work. Nothing comes easy.

Wake up earlier? I have some good success waking up early and doing IM. Turning off the TV would help too.

Replace TV with material you'll learn stuff from. And by material I mean ONE book or ONE course. Don't make the mistake of hopping from one course to the next.

Once you're done with that book/course, replace learning with taking action on what you've learned.

I strongly suggest that you get yourself a copy of Chad Hamzeh's "Traffic Blackbook". The man knows his stuff and you will be banking if you follow his advice.

Be warned that it's about how to promote CPA offers with paid traffic but you have a job so you'll probably be able to afford it.

tnx a lot for your answers, it really helps me much!

I even don't turn a tv. Currently (for over 6 last month) I'm reading oracle books.

Tnx for motivation guys!

Go to pirate bay and download all the Brian Tracy Audio Books you can find.
Also stop watch TV, right away.

Short term answer: Break your routine ... Wake up 1 hour earlier to do your training in the AM instead of the afternoon. That will open up your evening to do IM.

Small successes will motivate you to continue.

Since you already have a full day I would do what others have suggested and get up an hour earlier. Put in one solid hour without distractions every morning before work.

When you're tired in the evenings, do something passive like listening to some motivational audio tapes etc, or just reward yourself for working hard during the day and chill out.

Maybe when you are well into the habit of completing your hour in the mornings, set yourself a specific task that will take 1/2 an hour in the evenings. Do it and then stop and relax for the rest of the night. Slowly increase the time spent in the evenings too.

Always work from a list and keep things super specific.

Get a schedule.

Example.
Day 1. Write quality spintax article
Day 2. Submit articles to 5 article directories
Day 3. Create 5 web 2.0 sites
Day 4. Create 5 profile links/forum posts
Day 5. Ping and Bookmark

Or you could get some automated tools or outsource.

It's a matter of organizing between the work and yourself. And look for the output. Just find it out how you manage and motivate yourself.

Ethics.....!:itsme:
