[HELP] How to set up a US PayPal?

Ok so i need to set up a US PayPal as soon as possible since im about to hit my yearly limit in Europe and i'm not sure if the documents i sent to paypal will be accepted.

So what do i need to have a US PayPal.


1 - Which VPS provider would you recommend? I only want 1 IP 24/7 since it is PayPal ONLY!
2 - Which documents do i need to be safe? I wont withdraw ANY money to my bank account, all im gonna do is send them over to some guys i know, i will be getting anything from 500-6000 USD / MONTH.
3 - Which documents do i need? VCC and a VBA for a US account? Anything else?

This is how I opened my stealth US account:

- Got a US dedicated VPN from PerfectVPN.net for $10 ($7 for the first month)
- Used a fake address that matches the US city my dedicated IP reflects. Got this from fakenamegenerator.com
- After completing all that, I bought a VBA and verified it.

I didn't use a VCC because I've heard stories of it causing account limitations. Make sure you remove the VBA from your account's "funding sources" after verification to prevent PayPal from trying to extract money from the account when you want to pay for something (if this happens the bank account will become invalid and they'll ask you to add another).
