[HELP] How to set up a email campaign on profit builder ?

Hi, i wanna set up a mailing list, so basically i've created a LP and i want when the visitor click on the button "download" it will subscribe him to my mailing list (mailchimp service) and redirect him to a thank you page.

I don't know where to start ? what should i put on the form HTML on WP Profit builder platform...
