Hiii Guys,
Hope You Guys Are Doing Good.

So Coming To The Point,
Recently i sold an digital item (Its a plr ebook) through my personal paypal account
but after the first sale my paypal account has been limited.

This is my first sale through paypal other than that i don't have much experience
about selling through paypal.

So now they are asking these...

1-Confirm Your Credit Card
2-Proof Of Delivery (Pls confirm that the merchandise is delivered)
3-Provide Invoices. (Pls confirm that you own the merchandise you are selling)

1- I dont have a credit card,as i am only a student of 20 yrs how can i have it.
2- How to give them proof of delivery As its a digital good.
3- Provide Invoices-How,for a digital item..?

Guys Can you pls help me how to deal this correctly.
Any suggestions,Tips to solve this problem quickly would be appreciated.
I am really stuck at this.

Really Paypal Sucks for Indians...:(

Thanks

Bump,Come On Guys A little Help...:(

Just call their Toll Free no. and try to explain your problem.

But you compulsorily need to verify your PayPal account with Credit Card. So I would recommend you to use Entropay.

Since you are old enough to have a bank account then sign up for a bank account
and add the debit card as the credit card on the account. Verify everything and then give
them a call and explain to them that it is a virtual good.

Next time someone buys a virtual good from you make sure they send the money differently
so you do not have to provide tracking or invoices.

I already added my bank account mate, also verified it.
Cant add debit card, bcoz in indian paypal we cant add debit cards only credit cards work.

@Businessmagnet-
I already used entropay to add as credit card mate, its instant limitation then.
Emailed them thats its a VCC and they removed my limitation,So NO to entropay option.
But thanks for suggestion.

I'm an indian and i use my icici debit card for paypal. In india only icici debit cards are accepted by paypal.Or else you can buy a vcc from any vcc seller here in bhw and you can instantly verify your paypal account.Note down the credit card number and when a ask for a scanned copy just do a quick photoshop and submit the documents.Explain them same show that you sol an ebook.send your chat history with the buyer to them.Provide what all you can provide them. They will unlimit your paypal.

No mate,i already verified my paypal account with my bank account.
They are now asking for CC to add.
I think calling them now is the only option left to me.

As MadStacks stated... You should be able to verify using your bank account's debit card (add it as a credit card).

maybe you can order somewhere a VCC (virtual credit card) to have a $2500 limit per year... But im not sure about india... Wish you the best of luck

Yeah call them and discuss your issues with them, they would help you out. So long as you are doing nothing wrong, they should lift you limitations.

You should call them and talk with them to see why they did this.

the best way is by talking directly with paypal and explain your situation. call them and they will absolutely help u with this problem..:)

don't use entropay, use the $20 vanilla visa gift cards you can buy at the store for $20 +$3.95 fee.
