Okay so you are not using organic search traffic at all? You don't want to spend any money?
I think basically you are shit out of luck then unless you can bum market with youtube/facebook/craiglist or something.
I suggest you allocate a small budget though to at least put out an ad in a local newspaper or something or to maybe target some adwords.

Use related forums if your niche is for B2B, make some youtube vids... it would help, and its free.
