Well, I think the fastest ans safest way to promote your app would be to sign up on any CPA network as an advertiser and promote from there. The affiliates on the CPA network will promote your app for you. Sure it require lots of money.

Or you can do it yourself by promoting on adult mobile traffic source like plugrush, exoclick, etc.
