For someone that can't even be bothered typing anonymous, you sure asking allot.
Buy a domain with whois guard.
Get a PayPal address and add a secondary address that you made with Google apps.
Don't put your name on it.
Why do you want to be fully anonymous? If people can't get an idea of who you are, they're less likely to buy from you.

Use Tor Network and use BTC as payment method, that way you can be partially anonymous (if you follow personal security protocols).
Becoming fully anonymous is not possible at all and for sure in clear net, you can't do any of the thing that you wish to do.
