[HELP]How to make high PR backlinks using software ??

I want to know how to make high pr backlinks(about 50-100) using a backlinking software ?
What are the softwares can use to make them?

so how the heck there are many offering high pr BL? they hacks it? just curious why I cant be like them LOL

They have either own PBN and sell links from it or. If you want high PR backlinks you need to do it manually.

Most of them have sape acount and only use the English site and .com .edu .net etc....
