I have a landing page and how can it have a pop-out window every time someone visited my site? Thanks guys!

There are wordpress plugins for that. Try using option pop or exit rescue. All you have to do is set up popup to trigger, when they are about to leave your page.

Optin pop is free. I'd go with that over pop up domination.

If you want a lot of customizability to your pop up - you might want to consider wordpress "lap dance"

yup - that is really the name.

I haven't used it - I just remember seeing it
