Hi, how can i get this in google results when i google my website (this in black squares).

When G decides you need it, it will be there. You have no say in the matter. All you can do is grow and cause a need.

I think you need to create a wikipedia page and create some profiles on linkedin, g+... fb.. etc.

To really seem like an authority.

its easy 5 steps

step 1 : go to Google webmaster tools
step 2 :click on your website
step 3 :click on search appearance in left side and choose sitelinks
step 4 :but your links in (Demote this sitelink URL)
step 5 : wait till google crawl your links
