[HELP] How to get pbns that are penalized by Google?

I have a couple of PBNs that were penalized or deindex by Google because of duplicate or scraped content.

I have already deleted all contents on my PBNs last March and until now its still not passing the reconsideration request.

Any ideas?

Forget them and move on. Those domains got penalized once already, even if they pass the request, using them as PBN again is a very bad idea.

Most people do a double redirection for those type of PBN for those links that were enough authoritative. They will be passing like a 1/10 of the juice they offered before being penalized.
But obviously they should be really awesome PBN sites (like DA/PA > 50 or so, as a reference). Otherwise, as suggested, just burn them and throw away.
