Help, how to get all my 8K pages index

I have an autoblog, recently I changed my host and the site closed for two days, then everything changed, I used to get 2000 UV per day but now I only get 300, I checked goodle webmaster tools and found only 1000 pages are indexed, it used to be 8K, what can I do to get all the paged index soon?
