[Help]How to create manual web2.0 Properties

Hello everyone, First of all I am really sorry to ask a noob question, but I searched a few sections but couldn't find anything useful. The question is that I want to create web2.0 properties for backlinking manually(Don't have any money to invest-$1000 in debt). I have created my own site with around 5000 local exact search.Can anyone tell me what precautions to take while creating the web2.0 properties. Like what kind of usernames, email addresses. Also, should we use proxy or not for them.
For Tier 1 I am planning on only 15 web2.0 properties with 2-3 posts on each. Also, can I put anchor text in my tier 1 links to my other tier 1 links?

don't worry about taking too many precautions, just use your common sense. if you are doing it manually, you don't need a proxy unless you have been very naughty in the past and your IP is flagged but well, you would have to have been quite naughty.

For the tier 1 to tier 1 links, I don't think its a good idea. you'd better put 1-2 links to your site, 1-2 links to other generic sites (wikipedia, yahoo answers, etc.) and that's it basically, but after you can build lots of spammy links to these web 2.0s and it will pass link juice to your main site.

About the email ids, should I use disposable ones or gmail ones.

just use hotmail or yahoo ones.. you'll usually ahve to verify your email to start work in your web 2.0

For that low amount of web 2.0s i don't bother using proxies. Just reg some yahoo/hotmail emails and use them while registering for the web 2.0s

Actually, I don't know much about drip feed and all, I have been following kimi's thread(Seo blueprin 2012), but according to my knowledge you are suggesting me to have some time intervals between the posts. Correct me if I am wrong.

Try to keep your niche in your blog's URL. This will help lot's. Manually creating web2.0 blogs is much time consuming.

All of the advice given is pretty solid, it's complete paranoia on my part, but I always try and make the pages look pretty good as well!

But that's just me.

I use other usernames for each web2.0 to make them more unique. However for such small amount of properties you can use the same email and don't need proxy. To make things easier I use RoboForm but there are similar programs that are free.

create new email address and use the same username and password to easily remember your login details on all the web2.0 sites.

Point should be consider while creating web 2.0 Properties with many high pr quality sites.
1. First you need to create one gmail accounts, Which you can use same email for multiples web 2.0 sites.
2. Let's start with one Web 2.0 Property how can we create the accounts or post on the web.

Steps:-
a) open wordpress site
b) as soon as you open the site you will see the options like, sign up or register.
c) click on register, fill up the complete information first name, last name, email id whatever the required essential info just fill up or complete your registrations.
d) As soon as you will complete registrations, just sign in with your gmail ID, You will see the 1 email to your inbox for active or confirm whatever you see in your inbox just click on them.
e) now you can open WordPress site or login, Once successfully login there is options create a new post click on that, put the essential info like title, descriptions, anchor text, images, etc..or just published your post, or see the view for active live links.

so you need to do the same process for each web 2.0 property.

I would also suggest that when posting on your web 2 take your time I had one shut down automatically because I posted too quickly I.e. prepared the post, logged in, paste log out.

I think it triggered an anti-spam filter as I was punted before I even viewed the post.
