i don't think so you can do it as paypal verifies every account before you can receive and send money and even if the verify your account once someone files report it would be nearly impossible to get back the accoutn and money

I've had a lot of experience with paypal in the past, both negatively and positively. Here are some things I learned during my experience:
    - Use a BUSINESS ACCOUNT. Why? Because no consumer is going to be sending or receiving 30+ transactions a day, but a business man will.
    - Use YOUR INFO and STAY LEGAL. As long as what your doing is legal and you provided your own info then paypal should give you no trouble. If, for some reason, paypal asks for proof of identity then there should be no problem as you used YOUR own personal info.
    - If you ever have trouble CALL THEM. Why? You will get an actual person and will get a quick response. You can even speak to the superviser. I've seen more results when I call paypal instead of emailing them.

These tips are coming from who has made $5000+ online, then ended up going $200+ negative. I've been through it all with paypal. I've been limited because I wasn't using a busines account. Luckily I CALLED paypal and they removed the limitation and said I had to use a business account. When I went -$250 in my paypal account I called, spoke to the superviser, and explained my situation. They gave me multiple extensions on paying the debt.

Paypal is very understanding if you stick to the tips I mentioned above.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

    a) Have a business account.
    b) Don't do anything that's even close to being marginally shady.
    c) Call them if you have any problem, Also inform them if you are expecting a big problem.

Never had any problem with PayPal over the last couple of years, Also try using 2CO (always have a backup).

I hate Paypal. Several years ago I was selling on ebay. I had a verified business account. 1000+ positive ratings, a neutral and at the end I got 2 negatives back to back. I didn't even have a chance to send these people a refund before paypal locked my account(I guess their package didn't arrive-what are the odds of 2 frauds in a week after 2 years of nothing bad unless it was a setup?). I sent paypal so much information including copies of my d.l. and #ss. It took them longer than the time allotted to resolve so the closed the account. Sellers don't have much, if any protection. Thankfully I'd transferred most of my funds out before the lock..it's important that you take the money out weekly. So I was only about $2 in the hole with paypal.. they don't have rules. You think banks don't have rules.. paypal is out of control. they have been known to lock a person's account because the previous owner of the home screwed up a paypal account. it's pretty much out of your hands, some people are flagged in a day, others can get by for a long time..
