[Help] How to automate this

Hi bhw member;
say I have 300 pics, and 300 kind of text (quotes ...).
How can I watermark all the pics with logo and url, then add all the 300 texts to each pic.

I do it in Photoshop in batches, but there are some useful tools such as Visual Watermark.

As for the 300 texts, I think you would need a layout artist, not an online tool.
